This timeframe starts from the confirmation of the order and full payment.

2. Delivery Time and Shipping Conditions
Once the product is completed, it is shipped from Morocco to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery time after shipment depends on the destination:
France and Europe: generally 5 to 10 business days.
Outside Europe: varies depending on postal and customs services.
Orders are shipped via reliable and secure carriers. The customer receives a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and the selected shipping method.
Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Delays or Issues
In case of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to contact Hamza Chakir / To Medina for personalized follow-up.
To Medina cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or customs services.
Any product lost or damaged during transport will be replaced or refunded after verification with the carrier.
5. Important Notes

Customers are advised to carefully verify their delivery address when placing the order to avoid delays or returns.
Refund Policy

Returned products must:
Be in their original condition, complete and unused.
Include all accessories, instructions, and original packaging.

Receive return authorization and the return address.
